Emma Willis presents as the finalists take to the stage for the last time, performing solo and duetting with their coaches - Will.i.am, Tom Jones, Kelly Rowland and McFly singers Danny Jones and Tom Fletcher. Only then will the winner be crowned, and awarded a recording contract and £50,000.
